Thank you for purchasing fine art photography from our store. Each piece is custom printed on demand by our partner lab, WhiteWall, to ensure the highest level of quality. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:

Made-to-Order Policy — All Sales Are Final

Every piece of artwork is created especially for you, based on your chosen size, material, and finish. Because each print is made to order, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Returns and refunds will be considered in cases of damage or defect upon delivery through our professional partner, Whitewall, and Whitewall return policy.

Please note, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

  • A change of mind or personal preference after purchase

  • Selecting the wrong size, finish, or format at checkout

  • Minor color or tonal variations between what you see on your screen and the final print

  • Color and tone variations are normal due to differences in your screen calibration, ambient lighting, and the natural qualities of print materials.

Additional Notes

  • We do not issue refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Refunds or credits are not offered for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Fulfillment and Returns

All products sold through this website are printed on demand through our professional print partner, WhiteWall. As such, all sales are final. Returns and refunds will be considered if an item is damaged or misprinted. Returns are governed by Whitewall policy and refunds are only considered in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Shipping damage 

  • Incorrect fulfillment (wrong item, size, or medium)

  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the issue before processing a replacement or refund. To report a defect or damage, contact us within 2 days of receiving your item.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification Policy

Order Verification Process

  • Certain orders may require additional verification if they are flagged by our fraud-prevention system. If this occurs, we may contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout to confirm your shipping address or payment details.

  • If we are unable to verify the information, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Address Policy

  • For security reasons, we do not modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, the order must be cancelled and placed again using the correct information.

High-Risk or Suspicious Orders

  • Shopify’s fraud analysis tools may classify an order as high-risk based on multiple factors.

  • Any order identified as high-risk may be cancelled at our discretion to safeguard against unauthorized transactions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
