Order Processing & Fulfillment
All prints and wall-art pieces sold through our store are produced on a print-on-demand basis by our partner, WhiteWall.
Production typically begins once your order is placed and payment cleared. Because each piece is custom made, production times may vary depending on material, size, framing, and configuration.
Packaging & Multiple-Shipment Note
Depending on the products in your order, your order may be shipped in one or multiple packages:
- Single-image fine art prints (photo-paper, canvas, etc.) might ship separately from framed or mounted wall art.
- Envelopes are used for flat prints up to a certain size; larger prints may ship in tubes or individually packed boards.

If you order items from different product categories (for example: a coffee-table book and a mounted wall print), you may receive separate shipments and tracking numbers, and delivery may occur at different times.
These practices help ensure safe handling and gallery-quality protection.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Our partner uses reliable logistics carriers (e.g., DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx) for standard delivery.
For particularly large or heavy wall-art pieces (size thresholds apply), a “two-man service” comfort delivery (pre-appointment, room of choice) may be required/available.
Delivery Times
Estimated production and shipping times will be displayed at checkout. These times refer to business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude holidays.
Please note that due to the custom nature of the product and the global shipping environment, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost depends on: the size and format of the artwork, shipping destination, and selected shipping service. (WhiteWall sets shipping rates based on product size and destination).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is fulfilled and handed to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may use this number to follow your shipment until delivery.
Possible Delays
Please note that due to the custom production process or issues with the carrier or destination customs, shipments may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery date. We will endeavor to keep you informed of any known delays.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damaged item, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If the item is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and print partner to locate the shipment or arrange a replacement where possible.
Returns & Exchanges of Print Items
Because each piece is made to your specific order and is custom produced all sales are final, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please see our full Returns & Refunds Policy for more detail.
Changes to This Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The current version will be posted here. By placing an order after changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.
