Welcome to Mike Dorman Creative Photography (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services available through mikedormanphotography.myshopify.com (“Site”) and any purchases of products or digital content from us. By visiting our Site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site, products, or services without express written permission by us.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information on this Site is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

4. Products and Services

All fine art prints are made to order and fulfilled by our professional print partner, WhiteWall. Because each print is custom produced, slight variations in color, tone, or texture may occur and are considered part of the artistic integrity of each piece.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Sales tax will be applied as required by law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through our print partner, WhiteWall, and shipped directly to you. Shipping times vary depending on your location and production schedule. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because each fine art print is custom made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If the product arrives damaged or defective returns and refunds will be considered in accordance with Whitewall return policy.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with our print partner to resolve the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including images, text, graphics, and logos — is the intellectual property of Mike Dorman Creative Photography, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products. Your data may be stored through Shopify’s data storage and databases. For details on data handling, please review Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
